Please note: the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom n.1.

Second floor bedroom n.2
Single / double bed, portable fan and coat hanger.
Please note: the two bedrooms are accessible to each other through two steps and are connected on the top with a window always open.

Third floor kitchen
Dining table with chairs, sink, hob, electric hoven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, plates, cookware, glasses, cups, cutlery and coffee maker.

Terrace
Dining table with chairs, charcoal barbecue and clothesline.

Accommodation is also provided with fire extinguisher, first aid kit, small ironing board, iron, baby chair and camping cot.


Additional information
Tourist tax € 2,000 per person per night.

Check-in from 4.00 pm and check-out within 10.00 am. Please let me know your arrival time in advance.

Daily rates are negotiable and include the supply of utilities such as electricity, natural gas, hot and cold water, linen and WiFi. A final cleaning fee will be quantified on the basis of the duration of the rental (no more than thirty days). According to the law, other additional services can not be supplied.

The house is not provided with a lift, so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Pets are not allowed.

Booking terms
A 25% of the total amount will be needed as confirmation of the booking; last payment required on arrival. According to the law, you'll be asked to sign a contract; a security deposit could be requested at check-in.
